**Photograms**
All the four photos above have been created by placing objects on top of the photography paper and allowing light to expose onto the paper. this is one if not my favorite technique to use while creating pictures in the dark room. it is very simplw and creates great contrast. all of the pictures above represent my theme "city" in some type of way. For example, the first one has objects like the twin towers, or the statue of liberty. the image on the top right corner has the word chicago because chicago is one of the best cities in the world! the picture on the bottom left corner has buildings and starts, trying to create a city at night. it also has the word couture because when i think of the city i think of couture and fancy stuff. the last piture the one on the bottom right has many things that continue onto the "couture" life. for example a perfume bottle, the brand chanel, pearls, feathers, and other jewelry.
"City Night Life."
the results of this picture is one of my favorite. it took a lot of hardwork and time to create this picture. one of the things that took the most time was making the buildings. to create the building i use hard carbon boxes and cut out shapes and added different shapes that suggested that they were buildings. i used carbon boxes because it had to be very think in order for the buildings and other objects to come out as white as they did.
